Church Action on Poverty is inviting all of our friends and supporters to write letters to the new Government. We’re asking everyone what the Government’s priorities should be for tackling poverty and inequality in the UK.
- Read the blog to see the letters other people have sent.
- Send your own letter. Our favourite letters will appear on this blog.
- Join the Facebook group. You can share ideas with other campaigners, and be kept up to date with our work on the campaign.
The letters will all be delivered to David Cameron and Nick Clegg later in the year. We want to let them know that people in poverty must not pay the cost when it comes to tackling the deficit and moving forward.
Church Action on Poverty will listen to what you say in your letters. Our campaigning work in the coming years will focus on the issues you identify.
